For this assignment, refer to the definitions of value chain and supply chain as provided in the topic Resource “ASCM Supply Chain Dictionary.”  

Consider a process from an organization you are familiar with. Develop a 12-15 slide digital presentation that incorporates the following:

• A flowchart that identifies the steps in the high-level value chain required to fulfill customer requirements from beginning to end.
• Identification of the operational subprocesses from the high-level value chain steps.
• Metrics that the organization should monitor at both the value chain level and subprocess level.
• An analysis of the process and metrics to determine if a process within the value chain is not working.
• Recommended steps for the organization to take, based on your analysis, for value chain improvement.
